What you will be doing as the Payroll Specialist: Own and deliver payroll for domestic and Canadian payroll groups Review and processing of payroll adjustment forms for US and Canadian payrolls Review and acceptance of employee self-service changes for US and Canadian payrolls Review and acceptance of comp/position changes for US and Canadian payrolls Review US and Canadian timecards for errors and communicate with management to resolve Process benefit corrections and updates for US and Canadian payrolls Process garnishments Answer data requests Add payee to Dayforce Apply garnishment to Employee Dayforce file Answer debtor information requests Setup pay cards Process Final pay for US and Canadian payrolls (based on state regs.)Collect final deductions Payout remaining accruals Wire/same day pay for California. Run and process concur expense data for US and Canadian payrolls Process deposit rejections and updates for US and Canadian payrolls What you will need as the Payroll Specialist: Pref Highschool and 2-4 years of experience in related field.
