Chief People & Culture Officer

Goodman Community Center in Madison is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to set the strategic direction for the People & Culture function, oversee workforce planning, employee relations oversight, culture initiatives, leadership support, and operational effectiveness. Reporting to the President and guiding HR leadership, this role ensures strong leadership accountability, compliant practices, and alignment of workforce operations with the center's mission and participant outcomes.
