Restorative Nurse

About the Role: As a Restorative Nurse, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans, conduct resident assessments, and implement rehabilitation programs to promote independence and mobility. Your expertise will also be essential in identifying and addressing potential health issues, providing education and support to residents and their families, and maintaining accurate and detailed records.

Key Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care to residents in our restorative care program Conduct resident assessments and develop personalized care plans Implement rehabilitation programs to promote independence and mobility Identify and address potential health issues, providing education and support to residents and their families Maintain accurate and detailed records of care and services provided Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement care plans Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers
