Senior Consultant, Advisory Services - Planning & Performance Management

Overview As a Senior Consultant on the PPM Advisory Services team, you partner with healthcare organizations to optimize Strata Jazz for budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. You translate data into actionable insights, shape planning processes, and design workflows that support informed decision-making. You blend advisory, facilitation, and execution to improve financial performance and operational alignment. Compensation / Benefitsretirement benefitshealth and welfare benefitspaid time offparnetal leavelife and accident insurancewell-being benefits Responsibilities Understand client goals and current processes to define advisory scope and approach Facilitate working sessions to align on planning processes and key decisions Translate financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations Design and refine budgeting, forecasting, and performance review workflows Develop roadmaps, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders Advise on Strata Jazz capabilities, data structure, workflows, and integrations Support engagement execution, including information gathering and deliverable coordination Provide change management guidance and adoption best practices Coordinate timelines, milestones, and engagement activities Collaborate with product, delivery, and account teams for aligned recommendations Key requirements 3–5+ years in healthcare finance, FP&A, performance management, or healthcare consulting Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations Strong background in Microsoft Excel Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or performance management Ability to lead discussions and communicate with diverse stakeholders Experience with process improvement, change management, or system adoption Understanding of financial statements, cost accounting, and service line reporting Strong organization and project coordination skills Willingness to travel up to ~35% in the U.S.facilitation and meeting leadershipclear, impactful communicationcross-functional collaboration Microsoft Excel Strata Jazz planning or performance management capabilitiesdata structuring and workflow design
