Facility: The Laurels of Hudsonville USD 5,000 Sign On Bonus The Certified Nursing Assistant cares for residents under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or a licensed practical/vocational nurse. This role assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensures a safe and comfortable environment, and supports licensed nursing staff in delivering individualized care in accordance with regulatory requirements and facility policies. Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and position using proper body mechanics and lift equipment as applicable. Respond promptly to call lights, resident needs, and changes in condition; report observations to licensed nursing staff. Support residents’ independence and dignity, while ensuring safety and comfort Maintain accurate and timely documentation and in accordance with facility procedures Follow infection control, safety, and universal precaution guidelines at all times.
