We are looking to add an experienced Defense Litigation Paralegal to our growing Texas team!

Why join us? 100% remote opportunity for Texas-based professionals Join a growing national litigation firm with an established defense practice Work alongside experienced litigation and trial attorneys Exposure to a variety of interesting and complex defense matters Collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth Opportunity to take ownership of substantive litigation responsibilities Long-term career opportunity with a growing firm Job Details What you have: 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal Strong background in insurance defense or civil defense litigation Experience handling cases from initial pleadings through trial preparation Strong knowledge of Texas state court procedures, filing requirements, and deadlines Experience drafting discovery requests, responses, pleadings, subpoenas, and other litigation documents Experience coordinating depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize deadlines, and work independently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a fully remote environment Bonus Points: Experience with general liability, trucking, transportation, premises liability, or automobile defense Federal court litigation experience Experience with e-filing, document management systems, and litigation software Prior experience supporting multiple attorneys with active litigation caseloads Interested in hearing more?
