Entry Level Marketing Associate Credence Innovations | Indianapolis, IN | Full-Time | $900–$1,500/Week | Paid Weekly | Hiring Now Start Your Marketing Career in Indianapolis — No Experience Needed. Credence Innovations is hiring Entry Level Marketing Associates to join our growing team across Indianapolis. In this role, you'll work directly on live client marketing campaigns — connecting with customers face-to-face at pop-up events and retail activations, building the real-world marketing and sales skills that employers actually want. No degree required. No experience required. Just drive, people skills, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing:
Represent Credence Innovations' clients at live pop-up events and retail activations throughout Indianapolis- Engage members of the public in direct, face-to-face marketing conversations on behalf of our clients- Clearly communicate the value of our clients' products and services and assist customers with next steps- Support event setup, campaign flow, and breakdown at assigned locations- Log daily campaign data, customer interactions, and personal performance metrics- Work toward weekly team goals alongside a supportive, high-energy team Who We're Looking For- An outgoing communicator who enjoys talking with new people- Self-motivated and goal-oriented — you show up ready to work every day- Coachable, dependable, and open to feedback and improvement- Reliable transportation for local Indianapolis area travel- Full-time availability with a consistent schedule- Authorization to work in the United States- No experience in marketing or sales required — training is provided from day one How Pay WorksFull-time W2 employee position. Base pay is $10/hour plus commission. Base pay is $10/hour plus commission. Estimated weekly earnings: $900–$1,500 depending on performance.
