Executive Pastor: Lead Ministry & Staff Development

Alexandria Covenant Church is seeking a full-time Executive Pastor to partner with the Senior Pastor, oversee ministry staff, and implement churchwide objectives. The role involves care, development, and strategic leadership within a growing church community. The Executive Pastor will contribute to preaching and teaching, sacraments administration, and pastoral work as needed, while serving on the Executive Ministry Team and guiding staff across ministries.
