Retail Sales Associate

Core Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a five-star service experience for every customer Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and retail products Serve hotel guests and conference attendees with business center and shipping needs Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system Accept, organize, and distribute incoming packages and shipments Coordinate package retrieval and delivery to hotel guest rooms and meeting spaces when required Answer customer questions and guide them through available services Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment Follow operational procedures and take direction from store management Support team members to ensure smooth daily store operations

Required Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to take direction and follow established procedures Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to lift packages up to 40 lbs when required

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience at The UPS Store Retail or POS transaction experience Experience in shipping, hospitality, or customer service environments

Work Environment: Customer-facing retail and hospitality environment with frequent interaction with guests and clients Requires standing for extended periods Occasional lifting of packages and materials Occasional weekend & holiday availability may be required based on business needs
