About the role

Description: Develop and execute growth strategies across digital channels. Identify opportunities to improve online visibility, audience growth, and conversion performance. Optimize website content and user journeys to improve discoverability and engagement. Develop SEO and AI search optimization (AEO) strategies. Analyze website traffic, audience behavior, and campaign performance. Support community growth and engagement across relevant online platforms. Develop and test content, campaigns, and audience-building initiatives. Support paid marketing initiatives and recommend optimization opportunities. Provide performance reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements: Experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, SEO, conversion optimization, or audience growth. Proven ability to develop and execute multichannel growth strategies. Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, website optimization, and digital funnels. Experience using data to identify opportunities and measure performance. Ability to work independently and manage priorities with limited supervision. Strong communication skills and ability to present recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
