Ensuring accurate freight charge management, the remote Freight Administrator will oversee freight-related transactions, validate invoices, and monitor recovery reporting while working in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities:
Ensuring applicable freight charges are accurately captured and accounted for on customer sales orders
Reviewing and validating freight-related transactions for accuracy and completeness
Overseeing daily review and resolution of the Eclipse Freight Audit Report, including tagged purchase order freight transactions
Required qualifications:
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and relationship management skills
