Policy & Compliance Section Lead — Health Benefits Programs

Washington State Health Care Authority in Olympia is seeking a Policy, Rules & Compliance Section Manager to lead seven FTEs and oversee PEBB and SEBB program rulemaking in alignment with state and federal regulations governing employee benefits. You will advise the PEBB/SEBB Boards on eligibility and enrollment policy, direct rule development, and manage complex projects affecting health benefits for thousands of state and school employees and retirees.
