Eisner Amper is seeking multiple AI Solution Architects who will serve as lead developers on the EisnerAI Platform, designing and implementing the technical architecture that powers Eisner Amper's intelligent solutions across tax, audit, outsourcing and advisory services. This role is essential to delivering the comprehensive AI platform that will transform how we serve clients and enable our vision of becoming the industry-leading AI-powered professional services firm. Drive model evaluation frameworks and post-training optimization for custom LLMs and AI agents Lead technical development of the EisnerAI Agent Workforce such as Tax Prep Bot, Compliance Risk Bot, Doc Intake, and M&A Targeting Bot Design agentic frameworks supporting initiation, execution, state management, logging, and error handling Ensure adherence to data governance policies and responsible AI practices Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for this position now or in the future.
