Director of Global Cyber Defense & Incident Response

Kyndryl is seeking a Director, Cyber Defense to lead 24/7 security operations and a globally distributed team. You will own the full incident response lifecycle, drive threat intelligence into defenses, and set detection as code discipline across our enterprise security program. You will partner with AI‑driven defense teams, vulnerability management, and platform engineering to accelerate detection, containment, and response, while developing talent across regions.
