Job Details: Are you a seasoned Maintenance Technician, looking to take your career to the next level? Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure their longevity and optimal performance.2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including but not limited to Allen Bradley and Siemens systems.3. Operate and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, ensuring their safe and efficient operation.4. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand the structure and function of equipment and systems.5. Identify potential issues and propose solutions to prevent future problems or breakdowns.6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks.7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.8. Comply with all safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Qualifications1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the Construction industry or a similar role.2. Proven experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, preventive maintenance, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, blueprint reading, mechanical systems, and electrical systems.3. Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment and systems.4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.5. Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.6. A strong commitment to safety, with the ability to comply with all safety rules and regulations.7. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different job sites as needed.8. A high school diploma or equivalent. A relevant certification or degree is a plus.
