Position Responsibilities Build and integrate strong relationships with site leadership to ensure EHS strategies are embedded in daily operations and long‑term business planning Develop, implement, and sustain high‑impact programs for injury and serious incident prevention, ergonomic risk reduction, and environmental excellence. Implement sustainable corrective actions using innovative and cross‑functional approaches Drive compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and Boeing requirements ensuring robust management system and proactive oversight Partner with Leadership and key stakeholders on site expansion activities to embed EHS requirements into design and oversight for safe construction and operational planning Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to EHS managers and staff to build capability and a high‑performing team culture Identify, prioritize, and drive key EHS initiatives and integrated action plans; apply lean practices to optimize organization and processes Develop organizational plans, policies, procedures and align business/technical strategies, goals, and objectives Use data analytics and problem‑solving to drive decisions; establish metrics, schedules, and follow‑through to meet deliverables
