About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to join a growing manufacturing organization in the Lebanon area. This role is responsible for developing and managing production plans that align customer demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory objectives, and material availability. The ideal candidate will have experience operating at the Master Scheduler level and will be comfortable coordinating with operations, purchasing, supply chain, and customer-facing teams to ensure production goals are achieved. Schedule: Up to $95,000 annually Bonus Eligible Full-time, Direct Hire Position Onsite in Lebanon,
TNProduction Planner Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field Experience in manufacturing planning, scheduling, materials management, or supply chain operations Proven experience maintaining and managing production schedules in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including raw material and finished goods planning Experience utilizing ERP systems to support planning, scheduling, and reporting activities Ability to analyze demand requirements and translate them into executable production plans Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively with manufacturing, purchasing, supply chain, and customer support teams Experience operating at the Master Scheduler level strongly preferred Refurbishment, remanufacturing, repair operations, or reverse logistics experience is a plus
Production Planner Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain production plans that support customer demand and operational objectives Coordinate manufacturing schedules while balancing capacity, inventory levels, and material availability Monitor inventory performance and recommend adjustments to support service and production goals Partner closely with purchasing and supply chain teams to identify and address material constraints Utilize ERP systems to support planning activities, reporting, and operational visibility Analyze production demand trends and assist with forecasting and planning initiatives Participate in cross-functional meetings to communicate priorities, risks, and schedule changes Support continuous improvement efforts related to planning processes, inventory management, and operational performance Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to proactively identify and resolve scheduling challenges Help ensure on-time fulfillment of customer requirements through effective planning and coordination
