Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Self-motivated. Leadership ability. Ability and patience to teach/train other employees. Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. Able to organize, prioritize and complete a variety of duties on a daily basis. Basic knowledge and skills in operation of a computer. Reading, interpreting and applying codes and regulations (customer specific, cGMP and FDA). Be able to initiate and use independent judgment within established guidelines. Communicate and act effectively with co-workers, supervisors and employees from other departments. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
