Healthcare HR Manager — Talent & Culture Leader

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a nursing center. You will act as a liaison to department managers, supervisors, employees, and applicants, overseeing recruitment, retention, training, compensation, benefits, leaves, and employee relations. You will collaborate with nursing center leadership to build an inclusive culture, monitor key metrics, drive full-cycle recruitment for select positions, and support policy administration and compliance with applicable agreements.
