Automotive Service Advisor

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist at Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood to help the service department gain guest feedback from manufacturer surveys and address opportunities for improved service experiences. In this role, you will download survey reports, review feedback with the manager, and follow up with guests to drive complete responses and address concerns in collaboration with the Service Manager.
