Road & Rail Services is hiring Vehicle Shuttle Drivers for our Westlake operation in Jacksonville, Florida. This is an active, hands-on outdoor general labor position where you will drive and organize vehicles throughout a large automotive facility. You'll spend your shift moving between vehicles, walking throughout the property, and working with your team to keep daily operations moving. No previous vehicle processing experience is required. We provide paid training! Candidates with experience in general labor, landscaping, construction, warehouse operations, manufacturing, automotive, delivery, or other outdoor jobs are encouraged to apply.

Vehicles are driven only within the customer facility and are not operated on public roads. Work Outside and Stay ActiveThis is not an indoor warehouse job. Employees work primarily outdoors and should be prepared for Florida weather, including heat, sun, wind, rain, and changing temperatures. Paid training is provided to help you learn the position and our safety procedures. Schedule This is a first-shift position. Hours may fluctuate based on customer vehicle volume and operational needs. Busy periods may provide opportunities for additional hours and overtime, while schedules may be reduced during slower periods.
