Inspect materials and finished products for defects and report quality concerns. Package, label, and prepare products for shipment. Follow all safety procedures and work instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet daily production goals. Lift, carry, push, and pull 25 to 50 pounds as required. Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods throughout the shift. Work effectively as part of a team and maintain reliable attendance.1st Shift Assembly Qualifications: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling 25-50 pounds regularly. Able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
