Role Description: The Wholesale Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, responsible for managing and growing relationships with wholesale floral customers. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing key wholesale accounts, processing orders accurately, monitoring inventory availability, and coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, presenting product offerings, negotiating pricing and terms, and tracking performance against sales targets. The Wholesale Account Manager will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, maintain detailed account records, and prepare regular sales and market reports. Collaboration with internal teams to support promotional initiatives and provide feedback on customer trends is also a core part of the role.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Wholesale experience, including managing multiple customer portfolios in a B2B environment. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals and developing new business opportunities. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships and handle customer issues professionally. Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Experience in the floral, agricultural, or consumer goods industry is beneficial, as is familiarity with inventory and logistics processes. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus, along with the ability to work on-site in Miami, FL and travel to customer locations as needed.
