Dentist: Flexible Hours, Mobile Care at Facilities

HealthDrive is seeking a Dentist to provide on-site general dentistry services to residents in nursing homes, assisted living, and long-term care facilities across eastern Wisconsin, including Green Bay, Appleton, and Fond du Lac areas. The role offers flexible scheduling (2–5 days per week) with no evenings or weekends, a base rate of $1,000 per day, and an established patient base. A dental assistant, 100% malpractice coverage, and full administrative support are provided.
