Job Overview: WP Resources is looking for an on-site journeyman electrician for our aggregate and sand processing plant in Yoder, WY. This role may require travel to other project and mine sites. We are seeking an electrician who has worked around heavy equipment and knows motors, controls, and automation This position will report to the site Production Manager. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Installing, maintaining, and repairing existing equipment including conveyor systems Determining condition of electrical equipment, troubleshooting malfunctions, and determining needed repairs Identifying materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects Evaluating site requests, providing pricing to complete projects Provides a safe, hazard free environment Other duties that may be assigned

Qualifications: Must possess Electrician License for WY, or ability to obtain a license through reciprocity within 6 weeks of hire, master journeyman preferred Substantial experience working with 3 phase motors in range of 10 Hp to 150 Hp, Soft starts, VFDs and PLCsAbility to define problems and offer solutions Strong teamwork Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Ability to meet physical requirements of role: Standing - 6 to 8 hours daily Walking - 6 to 8 hours daily Bending/Stooping - 6 to 8 hours daily Lifting (weights up to 50 lbs.) - Regularly Lift and Carry (50/60 lbs. for 20 feet) - Regularly Push / Pull - 6 to 8 hours daily Benefits offered Family First Culture Highly competitive pay Generous health insurance, including medical, dental and vision options 401(k) with employer match Paid time off benefits Use of company vehicle may be provided as projects dictate Per diem may be provided depending on project location Pay$29-35/hr.
