The Encompass Group is partnering with a growing commercial architecture firm in Cleveland, OH, to identify an experienced Job Captain to join their team. What You’ll Own As a Job Captain, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day architectural production and coordination of assigned projects. You’ll work closely with the Project Managers and design team to keep projects organized, accurate, and moving forward.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the development and coordination of construction documents from design through completion Take ownership of architectural drawing sets and ensure they are accurate, coordinated, and complete Manage day-to-day project deliverables and help keep projects on schedule Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, consultants, and other project team members Review drawings for accuracy, quality, and coordination Produce and modify architectural drawings using AutoCADWhat We’re Looking For 3+ years of commercial architecture experience Bachelor of Architecture degree Strong AutoCAD/CAD skills Experience developing construction documents Ability to take ownership of projects and work with minimal oversight Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to coordinate multiple project priorities and deadlines What You Can ExpectA growing architecture firm with opportunities for long-term career development Close collaboration with experienced architectural leadershipA professional but relaxed company cultureA team that genuinely enjoys working together, with regular opportunities for team events and activities Apply today to learn more about this Job Captain opportunity in Cleveland, OH!
