The COO will be responsible for translating the CEO's vision into daily operations, overseeing core functions such as sales, rental, service, parts, logistics, and fleet management.This key position demands a seasoned operational leader with a strong background in heavy equipment, construction machinery, or industrial distribution environments, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and team leadership.The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, implementing scalable processes and systems, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional performance. Strategic initiatives, including geographic expansion, OEM negotiations, and post-acquisition integration, will also be a focus for the COO.The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of dealership operations, financial stewardship, and the ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
