Internal or Family Medicinewith 3 plus years of experience Patient load: Approximately 500 patients 100% outpatient Office Hours: Monday Thursday 8:00-5:00pm, Friday 8:00-12.Have flexibility on start/end times. Average Patient Load per day: 10-12
Salary and Benefits:
Salary $400 base, 200 new pts.
With $500 incentive per pt.= $500K Yr 2/3base salary $500K plus incentive for every new patient.
They have a waiting list of 1k patients.
Doctor can make up to 700k 3rd yr.
Health & Dental Insurance (RMP pays 70% of Family plan premium) 401K with safe harbor employer match after one year waiting period Profit sharing Paid Time Off: 4 weeks (20 work xhyhwjd days) which include the following holidays office is closed: New Years Day; Easter; Memorial Day; July 4th; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day.
Relocation Package $15,000 Continuing Medical Education/Phone/Memberships/etc: $3,000 annually
