Job Summary: Seeking a Compliance Analyst support mission and corporate compliance activities within a highly regulated Intelligence Community environmentThis position helps ensure organizational operations remain aligned with applicable laws, executive orders, directives, regulations, policies, and mission requirementsThe ideal candidate brings experience in compliance, legal, auditing, cybersecurity, intelligence, or other mission-related work and is able to apply sound judgment, critical thinking, and risk management practices to complex compliance issuesPrimary ResponsibilitiesProvide compliance support to ensure organizational activities remain aligned with applicable laws, executive orders, directives, regulations, policies, and mission requirementsConduct periodic and systematic evaluations of internal controls, audit trails, and compliance processesIdentify control weaknesses and recommend improvements to strengthen compliance and oversightMonitor and report compliance status, risks, and clearance gaps to leadershipHelp establish and maintain consistent compliance control frameworks across domestic and international locationsCoordinate compliance training and support updates to procedures resulting from new or revised requirementsResearch and analyze existing, proposed, and newly issued federal and state statutes and assess their potential impact on organizational operationsProvide guidance to internal departments on required actions, policies, conformance testing, documentation, and ongoing monitoring requirementsApply critical thinking and analytical reasoning to make informed compliance determinationsPrepare and maintain documentation related to compliance incidents, investigations, reviews, and processesManage compliance incidents, including root cause identification, impact assessment, corrective action, and follow-upGather and analyze information regarding applicable legal authorities, obligations, policies, and regulatory requirementsConduct compliance examinations using appropriate investigative techniques, standards, policies, and proceduresApply relevant mission, policy, and compliance standards when evaluating activities and determining appropriate actionsUse compliance-related tools to audit, monitor, analyze, and collect oversight and compliance dataApply risk management principles and processes to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risksDevelop efficient strategies for completing compliance reviews and other assigned activitiesEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, mission partners, and representatives from other organizations and agenciesPrepare, edit, and review professional documentation including emails, memoranda, meeting minutes, status reports, and production reportsCommunicate compliance findings, risks, recommendations, and requirements clearly and professionallyTrain and mentor new team members on compliance processes, tools, policies, and proceduresRequired QualificationsMust have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope PolygraphRelevant experience performing compliance, legal, auditing, oversight, or related workRelevant experience may also include mission-related areas such as collection, intelligence, or cybersecurityBachelor's degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline such as Finance, Economics, Management, or Information Technology from an accredited college or universityMust meet one of the following experience and education combinations: Seven (7) years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degreeFive (5) years of relevant experience with a Master's degreeEight (8) years of relevant experience with an Associate's degreeTen (10) years of relevant experience with no degree, based on the allowable experience substitutionDemonstrated ability to interpret and apply compliance policies, legal authorities, regulations, and organizational standardsExperience documenting, investigating, and managing compliance incidents or findingsStrong written and verbal communication skillsDesired QualificationsStrong analytical and critical-thinking skillsExperience conducting audits, compliance examinations, or internal control reviewsFamiliarity with risk management and corrective action processesAbility to communicate sensitive or complex compliance issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teamsExempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans.
