About the role

Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Salesforce Enablement Lead will manage the development and delivery of training programs, optimize learning technology, and provide support for field teams with a focus on Salesforce enablement and onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain the Salesforce resource library for field teams, ensuring resources are current and effective Create and deliver just-in-time enablement content, including guides, videos, and live sessions, tailored to various roles Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and operations teams to support tooling and process launches, as well as new hire onboarding

Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in enablement, Learning & Development, or sales operations, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including understanding of objects, fields, and reports Proficiency in content development tools such as Articulate and Highspot Experience in developing training materials and running enablement programs end to end High School Diploma or equivalent
