Chief Financial Officer (Confidential Search) Lower Westchester County, NY (Onsite)$300,000 - $350,000 Base + BonusOur client, a rapidly growing transportation and logistics organization, is seeking a highly strategic Chief Financial Officer to partner directly with the Founder/CEO and executive leadership team. This is not a maintenance CFO role. Leadership is looking for a finance executive who can help build the infrastructure, visibility, and financial strategy necessary to support continued scaling while maintaining operational discipline. The ideal candidate combines the leadership presence of a strategic CFO with the hands-on ability to operate in a fast-moving, highly transactional environment. Leading all finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting functions Building scalable financial processes, reporting, and KPI infrastructure Enhancing financial systems, reporting tools, and automation capabilities Supporting banking, insurance, audit, and external advisory relationships Leading and developing an existing accounting and finance team Serving as a strategic business partner while remaining close enough to the details to drive execution Proven CFO, SVP Finance, VP Finance, or Divisional CFO experience Strong FP&A and operational finance background with a foundation in Accounting Deep understanding of cash flow management and forecasting Strong accounting foundation with the ability to oversee close, controls, audits, and financial reporting Demonstrated success helping organizations scale Big 4 CPA foundation Transportation, logistics, distribution, business services, field services, or other operationally intensive industries Track record of modernizing finance functions through systems and process improvements The incoming CFO will have direct access to executive leadership, substantial influence on strategic decision-making, and the opportunity to help shape the future of a business with ambitious long-term growth objectives.
