About the role

Design and maintain distribution campus layouts, analyze workflows and material handling, and develop labor standards and models to improve productivity and operational effectiveness. Partner with operations, finance, leadership, and external stakeholders on business cases, capital planning, incentive programs, permitting, and operational decisions.
Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, a project management certification, and proven experience improving productivity in distribution, logistics, supply chain, or related operations. Five or more years managing or implementing engineered labor standards and practical knowledge of MOST are standout qualifications; a master's degree and experience leading large-scale improvements are also valued.
