Infrastructure Engineer Key Responsibilities & Duties: Maintain and troubleshoot Linux servers and containers within AWS environments to ensure optimal performance. Support Kubernetes clusters and AWS services, enhancing system availability and security. Develop and implement automation scripts using Bash, Python, or PowerShell to streamline operations. Participate in incident response and improve monitoring tools to mitigate system issues effectively. Administer internal IT systems, including user accounts, device management, and SaaS tools. Assist in compliance and infosec activities, performing vulnerability assessments and evidence collection. Collaborate on infrastructure projects, contributing to the development of scalable and resilient systems. Document processes and incidents, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.

Infrastructure Engineer Job Requirements: Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.1-3 years of experience in systems engineering, IT operations, or related fields. Proficiency in Linux command-line operations and networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP and DNS.Exposure to container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is preferred. Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS services, is advantageous. Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 is a plus. Certifications like AWS Cloud Practitioner or Linux+ are highly desirable.
