This role owns reporting capabilities and the Workday security framework to ensure accurate insights, appropriate access, strong governance, and alignment with business, compliance, and operational needs. This role reports directly to the Global HR Technology Operations Leader, and leads a global team to deliver Workday security governance and framework, Workday analytics, standard and custom reports/dashboards on various topics, to meet evolving business needs, enable data-driven decision-making and maximize the value of Workday.What you will do:* Product Ownership: Own the global product vision and execution of current and future reporting capability for Workday reporting and dashboards.* Own and evolve the Workday security framework, including governance standards, role design principles, and access control structures. Define and maintain security governance including security reviews, access approval approaches, periodic audits, and control alignment.
