Define technical architecture, development standards, coding best practices, and design patterns. Provide technical mentoring and guidance to development teams. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Guidewire development standards. Drive solution design discussions and technical decision-making. Develop and configure Guidewire applications using: GosuPCF Configuration Business Rules Workflows Product Model Data Model Extensions Batch Processes Integration Frameworks Design and develop custom extensions and enhancements. Configure underwriting, policy lifecycle, billing, and claims workflows. Product Modeling Rating Integration Policy Issuance Renewals Producer Management Payment Processing Invoicing Collections Delinquency Management Commission ManagementFNOL (First Notice of Loss)Claim Lifecycle Management Reserves and Recoveries Payments and Settlements Subrogation Claims Workflow Automation Design and develop REST/SOAP integrations between Guidewire and enterprise platforms. Lead integration efforts with: Policy Administration Systems Payment GatewaysCRM Systems Document Management Systems Data Lakes and Reporting Platforms Third-Party Insurance Vendors Develop microservices using Java/Spring Boot. Support Guidewire Cloud implementations and migrations. Build secure API integrations and event-driven architectures. Delivery & Project Leadership Estimate development effort and support release planning. Track technical risks, issues, and dependencies. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, architecture reviews, and release planning. Drive successful delivery of Guidewire implementation and modernization projects.
