Pre-Project Coordinator - Clinical Labeling

Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed preliminary cost estimates and quotations based on customer study requirements. Communicate directly with customers to clarify project specifications and gather all information necessary to support accurate quoting. Determine label sizes using technical drawings and specifications. Review inventory availability and identify material requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Material Management, Design, Project Management, and Strategic Planning. Maintain organized records of estimates and quotations for tracking and future reference. Generate and maintain preliminary cost estimate reports to support the sales team. Ensure all customer labeling requirements are accurately captured and communicated internally.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, customer service, or a related pharmaceutical services environment. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
