Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Understand and effectively use the standard American ruler. Effectively communicate with co-workers and internal customers. Read work orders. Must be willing to be crossed-trained at different positions and jobs. Must be able to learn and follow all safety rules and procedures.

Skills and Abilities: Follow set safety procedures. Be flexible in job assignments - Be able to work in different areas of the facility based on need and ability. Average Hand/eye coordination. Basic computer skills are a plus. Ability to meet job quality & productivity expectations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to stand for long periods of time while lifting, sorting, handling product with both hands. Able to visually inspect product for defects. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ensures quality by: Must be able to learn and follow project schedule. Clearly defining and utilizing processes in daily work. Understanding the Springs team structure, roles and responsibilities. Looking for innovative ways to streamline work processes. Identifying gaps in process. Communicating best practices with others.
