Mill Turn Swiss Machine Operator Madison Heights MI

Location: Madison Heights, MI (Onsite)

Pay: $23–$27/hour (Depends on experience!)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts + Overtime opportunities

What We're Looking For: 5+ years of CNC machining experience. Hands-on experience with 2–7 axis CNC lathes and Mill/Turn machines. Strong experience in machine setup, programming, and program editing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, prints, and CAD files. Knowledge of GD&T and design intent. Experience using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, and height gauges. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines. Perform program edits and improve machining processes. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards. Meet production goals and on-time delivery targets.

Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
