Advisor Services & Operations Manager

The Well, a growing wealth management firm, seeks a Manager of Advisor Services to lead a service and operations team supporting 100+ financial advisors. This role partners with advisors, custodians, and technology partners to deliver service excellence and efficient processes. You will guide account openings, transfers, and core advisor solutions, coach staff, and travel occasionally to the home office and adviser events to strengthen client relationships and overall practice operations.
