Director, Corporate Card & Payments Strategy

BOK Financial is seeking a Director, Corporate Card in Houston to develop and execute a scalable card strategy that drives growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the bank's Corporate Card business. The role oversees card sales, onboarding, portfolio expansion, client experience, risk governance, and efficiency. You will lead pricing optimization, partnerships with treasury and bankers, and initiatives to boost spend growth and client retention while shaping the long-term vision
