Awareness of current cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques Gather system requirements from end users and document for implementation. Act as Tier 2/Tier 3 Support for operational issues with the given application Stay apprised of software development trends, recommend improvements to our DevOps process where appropriate Willingness to travel to other sites as needed (~10%).
