Inventory/Receiving Specialist - $18.00-20.00/hr - 1st shift

Snelling is recruiting an experienced Inventory/Receiving Specialist for a Birmingham-area company. This position will be responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing inventory and materials while helping maintain accurate inventory records. Job Responsibilities of Inventory/Receiving Specialist: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and shipments Verify quantities and items against packing slips and purchase orders Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts Pull, stage, and distribute materials as needed Organize and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse/inventory area Assist with shipping and preparing materials for delivery Communicate with internal departments regarding inventory and material needs Occasionally travel to Oxford and Gadsden, AL to assist with inventory and receiving
