We aim to build a recognizable brand with a strong voice, an engaged community, and a growing presence on X (Twitter).We're looking for someone who understands how to turn timely conversations, sharp commentary, and creative content into meaningful audience growth.

About the Role: This is a hands-on growth and content strategy role, not a traditional social media management position. You'll take ownership of our X growth strategy, from content creation and real-time engagement to organic distribution, creator networking, and performance optimization. We're looking for someone who understands the X ecosystem, knows what makes content go viral, and has a proven track record of growing accounts through compelling content, strategic engagement, and community building. Your objective: drive measurable follower growth, increase organic impressions, maximize engagement, and establish our brand as a recognizable voice on X.

Content Creation & Real-Time Engagement: Monitor breaking political news, cultural developments, trending conversations, memes, and viral moments. Create compelling, platform-native posts, threads, quote-posts, and replies. Write attention-grabbing hooks and sharp, engaging copy aligned with the brand's voice. React quickly to relevant conversations and emerging trends. Develop content that encourages replies, reposts, quote-posts, and organic sharing. Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce timely visual and video content.

Organic Growth, Distribution & Networking: Develop and execute organic content seeding and distribution strategies. Identify and engage with influential accounts, political commentators, creators, and relevant online communities. Build relationships that support organic reach, collaborations, and cross-promotion. Identify strategic opportunities to increase brand exposure through conversations, creator networks, and trending discussions. Grow an active, engaged community rather than relying solely on follower count.

Analytics & Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze impressions, engagement rates, follower growth, profile visits, and content performance. Identify which topics, formats, and posting strategies generate the strongest results. Track growth performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights. Use performance data to refine content strategy and improve results. Establish measurable growth targets and continuously work toward achieving them.

Must-Have: Qualifications Proven professional experience managing and growing X (Twitter) accounts. Demonstrable organic growth results, supported by account examples, analytics, or campaign performance. Strong understanding of X's content distribution, engagement dynamics, and platform-specific growth strategies. Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling hooks, concise posts, and engaging commentary. Strong knowledge of political news, cultural trends, internet humor, memes, and viral content. Experience developing organic growth strategies, community engagement initiatives, and content distribution campaigns. Ability to identify relevant breaking stories and respond quickly with engaging content. Experience analyzing account performance and using data to drive growth decisions. Ability to independently manage content creation, publishing, engagement, and growth initiatives. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience growing accounts in politics, news, media, entertainment, satire, or cultural commentary. Existing relationships with influential X creators, commentators, media personalities, or relevant communities. Experience scaling accounts to large, highly engaged audiences. Experience supporting viral campaigns, brand launches, or audience-building initiatives. Familiarity with X Analytics and third-party social media analytics tools. Experience collaborating with designers and video editors on high-performing social content.
