In-House Counsel — Legal AI Job Type: ContractorLocation: Remote Job Summary We are seeking experienced In-House Counsels with strong technology transactions expertise to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation exercises, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations. Evaluate AI responses to contract-related scenarios. Develop objective evaluation criteria for AI performance. Provide expert feedback to improve AI outputs. Collaborate with product and research teams on legal AI workflows.
Required Skills:

Qualifications:
3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions. Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems. Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
