Holds a strong understanding of all skin types with the ability to analyze skin and suggest treatments and retail products for home care. Must be able to work well with others and as a team. Participate and attend all education classes and staff meetings. Provide consistent professional treatments as directed in training classes and accepted certification practices. Properly care for equipment and product used. Communicate and describe in an articulate manner the spa offerings and services provided. Ability to compare the different services on the menu and customize facials or body treatment to meet the individual client's needs. The ability to recommend and up-selling services. Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Respond to guest requests immediately, accurately, and appropriately. Understand the importance of and committed to continuing education. Able to work unsupervised to a prolonged period. Uphold all protocols for set-up, treatment provided and cleanliness of treatment rooms. Maintain a clean, safe, stocked, and well-organized work area. Maintains spa appearance, cleanliness, a polished look and proper uniform standards. Comfortable around guests who may be in a state of undress. Perform other tasks assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager.
