Electrical Commissioning Project Manager (Cx PM) Travel Monday- Friday- assigned to one sight Up to $175,000 base salary + car allowance, accomdation and travel covered with 30-40% manager commission scheme. Hyper Scale Data Center Projects Looking for Managers across the US with ability to travel Monday- Friday.
Summary:
Responsible for managing QA/QC, commissioning, and startup of electrical and specialty systems for large construction projects. Oversees schedules, budgets, and safety plans to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
Experience:
in project/construction/commissioning management; 8+ years in system commissioning/startup (electrical/mechanical).
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; strong understanding of electrical construction preferred
Travel: 75–100% (onsite if live local to project site)
Schedule: Primarily weekdays (7 a.m.–5 p.m.) with flexibility for project need
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage QA/QC and commissioning scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Lead commissioning/startup meetings and coordinate with clients, contractors, and 3rd-party agencies
- Develop and implement project-specific safety and quality plans
- Track and resolve QA/QC and commissioning issues
- Support recruiting, mentoring, and performance development of team members
- Foster a positive, safety-focused, and results-driven team culture
