About the role

Job Title: Sr. Net Developer with P&C Insurance Location: Remote (United States; prefer EST and CST)This role is open only to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

What you’ll do: Design, develop, test, and maintain application features and integrations. Configure and customize vendor-provided packaged software to meet user requirements. Build and maintain APIs for internal and external use. Collaborate with product, QA, and operations to deliver production-ready software. Follow Agile development practices and use planning tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops).Participate in code reviews, documentation, and troubleshooting. Contribute to Dev Ops/CI-CD practices and automation efforts. Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.10 years of experience with C#,.NETWorking knowledge of SQL and basic database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD/Dev Ops principles. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to document defects and technical work clearly.
