About the role

Tech Sales Enablement & Operations Specialist Full-time | Salaried | Remote (U.S.) | $75,000 to $100,000the role. Ever helped a friend move and somehow ended up as the one who knows which box has the coffee maker, where the Wi-Fi password went, and which neighbor has a dolly? Now picture two entire companies moving in together, and a whole lot of sellers who still need to find the coffee maker on day one. If you can relate, keep reading. Bonfire Effect is looking for a Tech Sales Enablement & Operations Specialist embedded inside a global technology client in the middle of a once-in-a-generation integration. New quoting tools, new account setups, new order processes, and sellers who still have numbers to hit while everything around them is still in boxes. You're the person who notices the quote stuck in approval, the account that didn't map over, and the seller quietly heading toward a missed quarter-end, and you've already unpacked all three. You know the tools well enough to fix it yourself and the people well enough to find the right expert when you can't. Then you spot the pattern and label the box, so the next seller never has to go looking. You're not a back-office ticket closer, and you're not a sales trainer reading slides. You live in the practical middle: part tool expert, part problem solver, part change champion, all people person. A fixed problem that keeps coming back isn't a fix. You know that. Here's the thing: we don't want someone who just closes tickets. We want the friend everyone calls on moving day. Someone who spreads contagious love by making a stressful change feel human. Someone who can let go and have fun even when the boxes are stacked to the ceiling. Someone fearlessly creative enough to find a faster path through a clunky process. And someone who does the right thing with sensitive information and every seller's success. Most importantly, you get shit done, with patience, not panic. If you're the one who turns a pile of boxes into a home, pull up an Adirondack.the bonfire effect. While this role is embedded with a client, you'll be part of Bonfire Effect's Professional Services team, a trusted group of experts and problem solvers working inside our clients' organizations. If you've ever been part of something full of passion, purpose, and inspiration, you know the bonfire effect. Ours comes from fearless creativity, a love of people, and a commitment to doing the right thing for our clients and for each other. A change transformation and staff augmentation partner, Bonfire Effect works with everyone from local nonprofits to global enterprises navigating once-in-a-generation shifts. We're a crew of folks who start fires. Not literally (though we do have an annual Bonfire bonfire), but the kind that sparks change, clears the clutter, and lights up what's possible. We work smart, play hard, and live with passion. Some of us can find any setting in a brand-new CRM in under a minute. Some of us have talked a seller off the ledge at 4:55 on the last day of the quarter. Some of us secretly love a perfectly labeled box. Some of us love memes about grammar corrections.some of us love reels of raccoons and their small little hands...We don't judge. We embrace our differences and fuel each other's interests. And right now, we're looking for someone to help a whole lot of people feel at home. Pull up a chair. Let’s start something.day in the life. Find what's missing: Untangle issues between sellers and SMEs fast, so the transition feels seamless and the business keeps moving. Unpack the tools: Bring hands-on expertise in quoting, account setup, and order status, and coach sellers until they can find their way around the new place on their own. Make it feel like home: Help people navigate an ongoing integration with professionalism, equity, and a whole lot of empathy, because change is hard and nobody likes living out of boxes. Label the boxes: Keep your own work, and the work you coordinate with others, organized, prioritized, and on schedule so nothing gets lost in the move.
