In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all mail-related activities, ensuring that our clients' communications flow seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail promptly and accurately preparing outgoing mail, ensuring it meets all packaging and labeling requirements. This is a production environment, fast paced with high attention to detail, and with tight deadlines. You will also perform first level research to assist in resolving issues or discrepancies.
