Attorney - Workers' Compensation (Claimants' or Defense)

Prominent defense firm is expanding in Florida and seeks an Attorney with 5+ years of workers' compensation or related experience (open to claimants' or defense side exp.) who are licensed to practice in Florida. Partner candidates do NOT need a book of business. Option to work fully remote or hybrid in ANY of their Florida office locations. This role can be based anywhere in the state of FL. Draft legal documents and negotiate settlements Regularly represent clients at depositions and hearings Manage cases from start to finish
